From the White House to billion-dollar brands, I bring bold ideas, fearless storytelling, and a “get it done” spirit to every room I walk into.

Whether I’m guiding powerhouse creative teams or mentoring the next generation of designers, I lead with empathy, humor, and a commitment to excellence without burnout. My approach is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and care, with high standards rooted in transparency, purposeful leadership, and continuous growth. I’ve delivered creative that’s made history (hi, Biden-Harris 2020), helped shift public policy, driven cultural relevance, and redefined how audiences engage with brands. From global giants to grassroots orgs, I’ve led integrated campaigns, introduced AI-powered workflows, shaped cross-platform ecosystems, and pitched creative that earned media and moved markets.

Design is my craft, but people are my passion. I believe in creating space for fresh voices, big ideas, and courageous thinking. I’m not afraid to challenge the brief, push the work, or lead the room, because real leadership requires presence, not pretense. Apart from that, I live in the DMV with my husband, our two energetic sons, our cat Blue, and a closet on full rotation. The work reflects passion and purpose, but so does the life that I’m building beyond it.
